We can review and evaluate your food production service, Catering areas, Main kitchen. Assess your C.C.P and Safe Catering procedures that may or may not already be in place.
We gather all information and compile a report of our findings , from this we can assist with action planning and ways of incorporating these actions.
This includes designing a H.A.C.C.P. system, easy to use, easy to record, print site specific H.A.C.C.P. Books which are only personalised to each clients establishment, Train the staff required to use the system in these areas. Hot Holding, Cooling, Freezing, Checking in delivery's, Core Cooking Temperatures, Reheating, Controlling and maintaining Temperatures, Recording Fridge and Freezer Temperatures, Labeling, Best Before Dates, Use By Dates, the list goes on.
We provide all the training you require on site or by zoom.
We can facilitate, with prior notice, large off site training rooms, with morning refreshments, and a light lunch for all day training. For example we can incorporate two short couses into the morning session and one afternoon course. You can discuss a special price for these type of bookings.
We can come on site to review and evaluate your catering operation, or house keeping operation and provide a written report.
