We have worked in the Industry for just over forty years. From on the job practical training to class room training that include the following examples. William of W.R. Consulting & Training started a career in catering, working in Ireland and the UK, spenting the following 16 years working in a number of top Hotels, Schools, Hospitals and Nursing Homes. Becoming the Client Officer for a regional council over seeing and managing the Catering Services for 30 Schools, 5 Nursing Homes and Meals On Wheels Provision and distribution, while managing a 330 bed Hospital and running 3 of his own businesses that involved a food business, a retail business and a private transport business, and attending night college to obtain his qualifications in a number of areas.

He has managed a third level education college catering facility, catering for up to 5000 people per day. Then moved to a Nursing Home company as Catering Manager and eventually leading to executive Chef over what started out being one Nursing Home to 5 Nursing Homes. Over the next 8 years he moved up to facilities manager, this allowed him to use his knowledge in planning and designing the layout of kitchens, dealing with service providers, household management, maintenance management, security and other areas involved in the day to day running of a business which emphasis on compliance and legislation. Believing and investing in interesting ways of learning and training allowed us to meet the standards required, giving the people working with us the confidence and knowledge to preform their duties with pleasure while being compliant and meeting legislative requirements at ease.

 

William has devoted himself to teaching and training people over his whole career and now enjoys bringing that training and learning to your staff and management. ​

Liam is also one of our assoicate Trainers, who also provides First Aid training and comes from a back ground of  many years being a deep sea diving instructor, teaching health and safety and First Aid in that sector. We are delighted to have his kind of knowledge and expertise within W.R. Consulting & Training.
