We can assess your food production service, Catering areas and main kitchen.

Assess your C.C.P and Safe Catering procedures that may or may not already be in place.

We review, evaluate and compile a report of our findings , from this we can come up with action plans. This includes designing a H.A.C.C.P. system, easy to use, easy to record, printing of H.A.C.C.P. Books which are only site specific to each clients establishment, Train the staff required to use the systems put in place. This includes site specific Cleaning schedule's and record keeping.

We then compile a detailed report to include areas that need improvement and areas that need action.
